RF Technologies, Inc., manufacturer of RF Valves, offers the only complete line of standard ASME/ANSI B-16, DIN and ISO face-to-face dimensioned pinch valves in the world. To industrial specifiers and end users alike, RF Valves have become an important alternative to ball, plug, gate, globe, and diaphragm valves that experience routine operation and maintenance problems in abrasive, scaling, corrosive, or plugging-prone liquid, slurry, or bulk handling services.

Major improvements in elastomer resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and higher temperatures have accelerated the use of standard face-to-face dimensioned pinch valves in industrial services worldwide. RF Valves' innovative technology surpasses conventional pinch valves designs by offering longer-life elastomers, wear-detection technology, and in-line replacement of the elastomer liner without disconnecting electric, air, and control connections.

Easily configured to electro-pneumatic analog and digital-linear positioners (Fisher, PMV, Valtek, PosiFlex, Bailey, etc.), RF Valves are characterized to match specific process flows with both 100% full- flow and reduced-port elastomer configurations. Electrically actuated valves are supplied with high performance multi-turn actuators, including AUMA, Bernard, EIM, Limitorque and Rotork.  For throttling applications that do not require position feedback, the aiRFlex® design is one of the most economical throttling valves available in the market today.

RF Valves are used in a wide array of industries and applications.  Examples include...
