The aiRFlex® control valve
offers the same superior
operating benefits
found in
all aiRFlex valves.

 

The elastomer tube construction produces a very stiff tube that makes it uniquely suitable as a throttling valve, especially when high accuracy of control feed is not an issue. A proportional pressure controller receives a 4-20mA control signal and will regulate the air pressure to the valve to throttle the flow.

The patented tube folds minimize stretching when air is introduced between the valve body and the tube to close the valve. This prevents the most frequent cause of failure of conventional air-actuated pinch valves. Typical applications include pulp flow control, tank level control, feed control to filter presses, and much more.
